BRERAKING THE OUTER LAYER OF BEANS: After the baking process the shells have been removed . Left over part is pure liquid chocolate .
GRINDING AND REFINING Now cocoa are placed in liquid paste called chocolate liquor . This is done to get smooth texture . After words mix cocoa butter or sugar milk powder for milk chocolate .
REFININGA :Now the major part to mix the chocolate and create a warm temperature for an hours
MOULDING Now tempered chocolate carefully (30 degree ) to stable it
